In OTL, John Walter Christie's revolutionary tank suspension system and sloped armor designs ended up in the Soviet Union, resulting in the amazing T-34 tank. Suppose they ended up in Nazi Germany instead? What would have been the result?
German tanks already used Torsion bar suspensions which have advantages over the Coil spring towers of a Christie suspension especially as tank weight increases.
Unless the Germans changed their philosophy about over engineering individual tanks and went with a high volume 'good enough to get by' production methodology no design changes would have made enough of a difference to help them
