Filipino Shinzo Abe
Can't find any Filipino equivalent of the Japan Restoration Party, so it would be difficult to make the wikiboxes for Ishihara or Toru. While Abe in OTL is Shinto, I would easily assume that a Filipino Abe would be a Roman Catholic as well. He would come from either Nacionalista or Lakas–CMD, but much more likely Nacionalista.
What about Colombian Donald Tusk, Chilean Alexis Tsipras
