How about a Great War level of conflict ?A lot of this depends on the type of Anglo-French conflict, its breadth and its outcome.
Would World War 2 level of gains be likely ?Thailand would only be able to grab up as much as the UK would allow them to.
But when Thailand is busy in Cambodia and Laos, they aren't doing anything near Burma, and that's a winThailand would only be able to grab up as much as the UK would allow them to. The last thing the Brits would want would be to remind an emboldened Thailand that they have old grudges in the Malay Peninsula and along the Burmese border that they might want to resolve...
Depends on how early in the 20th Century... IIRC Thailand didn't lose those areas later taken back from France in WWII until like 1904-07... I doubt Thailand would make a play for all of Cambodia, or try to push their eastern frontier east of the Mekong, unless it was via some kind of vassal arrangement with the Lao princes...How about a Great War level of conflict ?

Most of Laos was Siamese before around 1893, I can easily see an attempt to reclaim the area.Depends on how early in the 20th Century... Depends whether Japan wants in and bites off some pieces of course they may be too busy fighting Russia who should be in this war too one imagines..Say France and Britain end up on oppose sides of a war in the early 1900s. How much of French Indochina would Thailand be to take if it sided with Britain in a French-Anglo War.
