That looks like Poland after WW II got whole Prussia but not Silesia or Białystok region. And Bornholm? I think, it's completely random. Soviets captured it during the war and perhaps refused to let it go back to Denmark for some reason and gave it Poland instead.

Could just as well be an East Germany. Either the USSR was genocidal to Poles for some reason, or e.g. West Germany went communist (or anything other radical) between 1900 and 1920 and then, the monarchy fled to East Prussia - and managed to take over newly independent Poland and some more parts of ex-Germany.

Thus, I voted East Germany. However, if the country shall be ethnically and culturally Polish, you should of course name it Poland!

Meh. It is just Poland that has had the chance to be slightly more warlike than in OTL.

Of course, with a PoD early enough, those medieval-sounding names are all possible. 'Poland' wasn't even the name of the place until about 960. Before then it had a rather long and annoying to say name, or was simply called 'Vistula' after the river.
