How far would Peter III get against Denmark?

Let us say Peter III avoids Catherine's coup. Perhaps Elizabeth lives longer and the Prussia carve up happens before he comes to the throne. A combination of less anger over his 7YW reversal and butterflies means he is tipped off early enough and Catherine ends up in a nunnery.

How far does he get against Denmark? Does he successfully take back Holstein? Does he go further and claim the Danish throne? How do Sweden, France, Britain and Austria react?

The “anger” had practically nothing to do with his position on the 7YW but let it be.

This part would be relatively easy taking into an account that he put Rumyantsev at the head of an army. Forcing Denmark to acknowledge the loss would be a different story: Russia did not have a strong navy and treasury was empty. BTW, war with Denmark was one of the may reasons for the coup.

Does he go further and claim the Danish throne? How do Sweden, France, Britain and Austria react?
Was he claiming the Danish throne?
