So, I am part of a NationStates region called Kantrias, and I'd heard of map games before. So I proposed a Great Map Game, and people got excited. Only problem was that I can't edit a World Map.
I just need a free program that allows me to do it. Do you know of any such programs?
If not, what should I do?
