What if somehow a war broke out in August 1914 but in this alternate timeline, it's only Russian Empire fighting against Germany with no allies supporting either side. How would the war go? Who would win with the same developments in those two countries as we had in OTL?

Given that Germany won this war with most of her forces in the west otl and the AH armies weren't really helping....

Germany can't invade and take the entire empire of course. But it's going to take great big chunk out European Russia
You would need much earlier POD avoiding at least participation of France or then ASB getting only German-Russian War. But if this happen and anythign else not change (even still pretty ASB) Germany would defeat Russia pretty easily. Probably only one year depending how stubbornly Nicholas II tries fight and how willingful army is fighting against Germans.
Needs some kind of Franco-German deal for a plebiscite on Alsace-Lorraine - maybe as part of a somewhat different Moroccan affair in 1911. Without some fairly enormous bone to throw to Paris, France will mobilise as soon as it hears Germany has started, and once it has done so the balloon is going up in the west.
And this match would still be undisbuted German victory
