looks like a good flag for a TL where the british parliament said no to Williams III's demands, so the glorious revolution became the glorious victory over england (aka the final anglo-dutch war)
scotland, wales were let go, and england became a United Provinces puppet.

The first can be Gran Colombia reigning over Brazil and Argentina.
The second may be Communist union of Bosnia and Albania. Fleur de lis is symbol of Bosniaks, black and red are colors of Albania, red and yellow are associated with Communism.
Okay i tried some but actually modified some of them a little bit because a lot of them fell short of awesomeness.
Here i changed the bottom and the sun color. Could be an alternate flag for a Gran Columbian successor state or Gran Columbia.
Strange seeing a symbol associated with the french monarchy associate with colours associated with communism. Maybe a communist state in a country where the Fleur de Lys have another meaning ?
