The National Flag of Infrastructure. Adopted soon after the capture of Dalatyr in 1IA as the insignia of the survivors, derived from their chosen symbol for themselves: an isometric image of a dark cube (a rough approximation of their physical forms (as opposed to the various bodies which they can plug themselves into) though few know of this fact). This Hexagonal insignia is common across Infrastructure, both on the flag and elsewhere as a symbol of the Infrastructural government and on products of Infrastructural manufacture.

Flags of the United City States. Happy accident trying to combine an imperial Japanese flag with a Scandinavian one. Does the city imagery read at all?

It took a while, but yeah, the penny goes down. Amazing idea, but I fear for the tailor who has to make that.

Yeah I am considering simplifying it a fair amount.

These guys had no problem, and the Swiss tradition of wavy stripes probably gave rise to a whole new sector of specialised tailors:

Future regimes would (probably) simplify these Leagues of Cities' flags, though.

Could someone make me an Aquila Standard/Vexilloid for the Republican Union? The eagle on top should be this one, without the e pluribus unum ribbon and the the olive branch should be a sword: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:US_Presidential_Flag_1902.svg It should be all gold, and the shield should just have the initials "R.U.". I'll put on my own banner, but it needs to be big enough to accommodate an 8 foot banner. (the Union regiments carry aquilas instead of regimental flags). Feel free to make another, more jazzed up one if you can. It just needs to look 1800s appropriate.

Flag of the "Anglican League", also from "A Very British Civil War."

I would suggest leaving his claws empty altogether so he can grasp the top of the pole otherwise it will look like he is impale on it.
