First, sorry for the delay, for some reason I completely forgot about it yesterday! Back to the contest, thank you to everyone who entered - now it's time to find the winner!

6) The red and black, I think are self explanatory. The gold circle is the sun, and the two crescents are the moons. The White in the middle represent the polar caps, and they are a good spot to put the Mars symbol, showing that this would be a flag of a colony still subservient in some manner to Earth.
7) The Flag of the Autonomous Martian State.
8) The flag of the Organization of Martian Settlements, the official flag for all Terran (Earth) colonies on Mars. The flag's 4 blue stripes represent Mars' position as the 4th planet from the Sun. Mars and the Sun are depicted at the center of the flag.
