Fantasy maps someone made

Anyone remember a while backs, someone made a fantasy world and had created weather, plates, religion, and climate? I used the base map because I thought it was awesome but then i lost it, so long story short., I'd like to find it again. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

.....give us some more info? Describe it as best you can, maybe the poster who made it or around when it was made?

I cant remember the poster, It was from either map threads 3, 4, or 5 and it had a large continent in the southwest and a larger one going aroun the rest of the map.
