Everything On this map and more gets owned by one man

So all the collored territory must be owned by one man as property not tied to the imperial crown by 1350. They also get all the German lands of hoenstafurn when they were emperors, the imperial estates, and Aquila all as personal property. So this man would obviously be emperor how does it affect the future of the empire?

If he gets Swabia and Aquileia as well, then he is the empire. Though given the time, I'm not sure it would make a difference because I'm doubtful that it could be administered by one man effectively. It would probably have to be broken up into seperate parts.

A delayed death of Ogedei Khan could allow Mongols to keep invading Europe. Suppose they have success. A post-Mongol successor state claiming the previous title of "Holy Roman Empire" could exist.

You never said the Empire and German lands could not be ruled by Khans. :p

Assuming this is dynastically possible, there'd still be plenty of succession wars and foreign (Papal) interference as well that would have to be dealt with.

True. But let's stick to nobles in the Holy Roman Empire first before the outlandish
