Instead of posting a link, can you give us the subforum and thread it's in?

My guess for the reason we can't see it is because we're not registered EU3 owners. When you register the game at Paradox you get some bonuses such as strategy guides, a tech forum, avvies, and a nice little symbol, among other things, that come with that particular game. If you don't register, you never get those.
