Dictators Domination

In early 1941,Nazi Germany was in control of most of western Europe after achieving some of the most stunning victories in Military history.Hitlers allies:dictators or monarchs controlled the remaining European countries[except neutral Switzerland and Sweden].There was Fascist Italy,Vichy France,Francos Spain,Portugal,The Balkan countries,Finland and of course the Soviet Union.
In 1941,a single German division under Erwin Rommel rescued the beleagured Italians in Libya[who had been sent reeling after a british counter-attack].With meagre resources Rommel managed to drive the British back across the Eygptian border, eventually threatening the vital suez canal. In Iraq a pro-german coup d,etat by Rashid Ali cut the land road to India. In Asia,Germanys ally,Japan was preparing to capture SE Asia and invade India. No U.S involvement in preventing Japanese expansion because:by seizing the indies,Japan could break the American embargo and gain all the fuel nescessary to power its war machine.
In retrospect,Hitler should have sent the bulk of his armies to serve under Rommel.Following the path of Alexander the great,Hitlers armies would have taken the Middle east and linked up with the Japanese through India.Europe,Asia and Africa would be then under the total control of dictatorial superpowers.
The Nazi-Soviet-Japanese alliance would command military forces and resources far in excess of anything Britain or even the United States could field.Isolated, the English speaking countries would have to make their peace but they would all eventually sucumb to dictatorial domination.Nazi Germany as leader of the Coalition of dictatorships, would have ruled the world.Only Hitlers collossal error in invading his Soviet ally, prevented this reality from becoming fact rather than speculation.
Any thoughts?

The Nazis and Soviets were allies in name only - both were planning to invade each other sooner or later. Hitler just took the first strike.
