Judea still looks odd. A religious yet conservative yet communist state even though communism is abolished there. Israel looks different. After a tough 40 years, they seem to have prepared well to integrate Arabs in the society. The last ethnic based attack was in 1992. Seems like the most developed placs in the Middle East.
Stalin would either make Israel turn socialist or pressure the Arabs to take it over. He tried in OTL but Syria was too unstable and the Egyptian Army failed to pass Ashkelon in October 1948. Thus Israel was saved from destruction.
As odd as Judea looks like... they are the second most developed state in Eastern Europe after Czechia. Which needs to get credit for. Maybe Communism in Europe would survive had Judea not started to get loose from the USSR in the early 80s.

Considering Stalin more or less forced most of the original inhabitants to move there at gunpoint, this is hardly a surprise.
Czechia is also their only ally in Eastern Europe since the collapse of the URSS( i mean Germany is still dealing with far-right terrorist groups even after the reunification with the East).

Eastern Europe would be less racist and extremist. Stalins state has caused a lot of friction between the traditionally anti-semitic peoples there and the Orthodox jews.
Course that probably caused issues with the only efficent Eastern European State (East Germany) down the line which hurt the Soviets

Let’s be honest eastern Europe has been a despotic hellhole since the Soviet union attempted to maintain control. Here is a rollcall of how the Soviet union ruined Eastern Europe, The Baltic states are stuck in what is best described as full-scale ethnic war. Poland has been characterized as a ultra right wing Christian theocratic dictatorship. They burn people alive for various offenses such as adultery, treason and murder. Belarus expelled almost 300,000 people who they claimed were Polish agents into the Baltic states, only 30,000 of them survived the infighting there. Ukraine is split between five different governments all claiming that they are the legitimate one. Romania started out so well when they restore the monarchy, then everything went to hell and now it is a military dictatorship with with Michael the first being a puppet king. The military dictatorship in Romania has restored impaling as the execution method. Hungry is an totalitarian fascist dictatorship that has made claims concerning the Hungarian land that was lost after World War I. Bulgaria Government hasn’t been able to act in over 12 years ever since the military under the advisement of the US gave up power. Czechoslovakia has been fighting against the Slovakian freedom alliance ever since the 1991 referendum which they claim was rigged. Germany has been facing a low level fascist insurgent movement ever since The end of the cold war.
Which in turn led to CIA support for notorious anti-semite groups.
Neither side was very well behaved (The Judean massacre of a village in Poland comes to mind due to a similar massavre of a Judean village) and part of me is glad that Judea was created leaving them there and not in the Middle East. Its chaotic enough over there!

For that to have happened you would need to remove the british government and American governments decision to bomb the facilities that made the posion gas used in the camps, and bomb the train yards and tracks used to get people to the death camps.
Those efforts are estimated to have saved at least 3 million lives.
After the war you had around 4 million displaced Jews with no where else to go. Some of them went to Judea most of them went to Israel. So a world with only one jewish state is one where there were only enough jews left to create a singular jewish state, or a over crowed Israel.
