The Mosul Dam one of the most important dams was destroyed by Isis during 2014, this incident destroyed the city of Mosul thankfully the cities down river were evacuated so casulties were smaller then expected but the event still left more then a million iraqis homeless for months. But what if this incident didn't happen what if the central government was able to stop Isis before they blew up the damn how would that change Iraq?
