Do they still get French gear or do they have to go to the Soviets?
Also what does this mean for its foes, especially Egypt and Syria?

To think of it, no Israeli lobby either. But presumably an earlier immigration from the USSR.

The only way to get a pro-soviet Israel would be for Israel to became a communist state otherwise its impossible due to huge pro-Israeli sentiment in the west, events like the Suez canal crisis, and the fact Israel had good relations with other pro-american states in the region
