Can we resurrect it or is that a kickable offense (genuinely asking I still don't know entirely how that works).

You'd only be kicked for resurrecting it if it were quite a few months or years old. The last post was in December, which isn't that long ago at all, so there isn't a problem with it here.

I'd help develop this world if I had time, maybe I will if I get the chance. In the meantime, we still don't have names for the landmasses and oceans, so anyone should feel free to start brainstorming those. Maps depicting rivers and prevailing winds would also help out a lot.
