I would argue that he is bound to. The USA is way too liberal compared to Russia and the whole "Wall Street" is bound to be played up as a central for all the bankers and (((bankers))) he is so determined to show as the enemy.
Where do Balts (Lithuanians and Latvians) and Finns (along with Estonians) fit within the Vozhd's worldview?
America isn’t the immediate enemy, Germany is, but the Vozhd sees Washington/New York in the same way as London: A Corrupt center of degeneracy, Zionism, and crony capitalism that infects the world. Although he has an extra anger towards Great Britain because he sees them as traitors during the Great War (although he conveniently ignores Gallipoli).

Someone as hateful as him can rationalize Gallipoli pretty well actually: The cowardly Britons threw colonists and their 2nd class troops against the Turk instead of fighting them themselves, much like they used the Russians to fight their battles in the east.
Not like that is a very far depiction of what happened (RIP ANZACs), which could be rationalized by Russians that way. The British are seen as cowardly Capitalists, puppets of the Zionists that helped orchestrate the war in order to cripple Russia and their old French Rival. France is actually seen in a positive light by Tukhachevsky as another victim of the German aggression, with Wilhelm II being blamed for starting the war in order to cripple the growth of both Russia and France, all while the French were betrayed by the British who failed to come for their help when Paris was falling.
I'm guessing there'll be a faction of the PNOR who favour a return to Russia's old gods?
The Vozhd is already the Supreme Commander of the All-Russian National Army, there is no need for such title and if there is then it is just used as a secondary one. Did generals refer Hitler as “Oberbefehlshaber des Heeres” or as “Führer” ? There is your answer.

I think a dynamic like with the 3rd reich of pagan romantization and larping thay is kept in check by most of the population being reluctant of that is gonna happen. Kinda hard to see Russia going full pagan in a generation or two.
Just because they use the Kolovrat and Tukhachevsky has a pagan fetish doesn’t meant he will be trying to create a Pagan Slavic Empire.
That’s actually something I have been struggling with, Natrens is the best I could get and it still doesn’t sound as catchy as Nazi. If anyone has suggestions you are welcome to try.

both I guess, which I can see them viewing some denominations of Christianity differently than others.
Pnoriy? Natsobnoviks? I'm not a fluent Russian speaker. I'd check with actual Russophones before trying to use either in the story. But I think either is at least possible. I might be wrong though.
