Americian Boris Johnson

For those who don't know, British prime minister Boris Johnson was born in New York, USA. He moved to England at a young age and remained a American citizen until recently. So what if the Johnson family stayed in America or Boris moved back as a late teen/early twenties and was an American politician instead of a British politician. Would he be successful, could he have become president and what would he do as POTUS?
