This is just a fun little attempt at adapting Benjamin Franklin's English reform concept. Took me a few hours to figure out how to actually WRITE in Franklin's English and I probably got stuff wrong converting stuff from IPA through a probably incorrect English to IPA converter. By the time I got to the infobox I certainly missed some changes. I did pick my own way to adapt some of the sounds into specific letters tho. Franklin said double letters for long vowels, so I went with a diaeresis over the letter to show you're using two of that letter (similar to Spanish ñ evolving from "nn").

That after the convention, look at the date where Gore was killed, but in that case, then an emergency DNC would've happened, so idk
Not going to lie, kinda surprised the sympathy bounce is so small. Would've guessed like at least Lieberman up by 6 points in this scenario.

Handy! I wondered how it was done. I wanted to do something different with my project compared to Phillidelphic when I started it. Same starting place, different outcomes type of thing. I do have some further modifications I might make to mine in the future.
Premise: Western expansion in the United States is far slower and more limited. Additionally, the acquisition of Canada after the Revolution results in an earlier end to slavery. Native Americans remain quite prevalent in the country and the US develops into a much more multi-racial and multi-cultural society.
