Since this would be a catastrophic and history changing assassination, not only would this accelerate the end of World War II and Nazi Germany but it would also give the 20 July plotters led by Claus von Stauffenberg and Ludwig Beck a major opportunity to overthrow the Nazi regime and replace it would a conservative authoritarian-nationalist military junta government assuming if the events of the movie took place before Operation Valkyrie.

I'd guess that the aftermath of Simon Pegg 's Hot Fuzz (2007), a British comedy movie and if letting aside the satirical side, then its aftermath plot easily could've become in a British political and media cluster fucker... Cause, I don't think that after that a citywide shootout and that as a result had been found out in a little English rural town of an Vigilant organization, that as implied/stated in the movie, could be active for a long time and be responsible for many 'accidents/suicides' that happened along the years in their city...
Johnny Test. A guy literally admits to blowing up Malaysia (Whether he means a large portion or the whole country is up to debate).
One way to interpret this is that he did a (series of) terrorist attack(s) in a Malaysian island. If that's the case (as it is on the Johnny Test Wiki), the most likely target is the Labuan Federal Territory.
Expect the Malaysians to be out for blood, America coming up with an explanation and chalk it up to extremism, and a deterioration of Malay-American relations. Malaysia would likely drift further into Chinese orbit.
Maybe he worked for a Lex Luthor type mad scientist and they did the plot from the first Superman movie there. Somehow a local supervillain threatned to sink the island unless a ransom was paid, they didn’t believe him and that cop pushed the button.

Not only this would probably make the american government and public even more paranoid about the war on terror, but it would also have huge rsmifications regarding the use of nuclear energy.
Of course Batman's mere existence will have some truly weird repercussions on american society
2) The X-Men prequels (First Class-Days Of Future Past-Apocalypse-Dark Phoenix). I fell like the existence of superpowered individuals would significantly alter the course of the Cold War, especially after Apocalypse sent all the nukes of the world in space
3) The Marvel Universe. Tecnology is far more developed than OTL, they have at least two living proofs that nordic gods are real, there are multiple alien races operating on earth and magic is real.
I also wonder how human society was impacted by the events of Infinity War

The Stand by Stephen King comes to mind since something like it is happening now, but not the same. By the end, Flagg's Jonestown in Vegas was nuked by God and people start ditching the Boulder Free Zone. They mention LA will get radiation from Vegas but Flagg had colonies in Portland and trying to restart the Yakima nuclear plant. King also mentions possible local Flagg demon leaders in Russia, China and Iran.
There's not enough of humanity left at the end of The Stand to really worry about "history" though.
