AHC: Wank the Kingdom of Nanzhao

See if you can get a Nanzhao successor state speaking a Tibeto-Burman language in Yunnan (with or without its own alphabet) surviving to the present day, with a strip of southern China giving it access to the sea. Bonus points if you can give it the Sichuan basin.

It's okay if the Nanzhao nation is a Chinese vassal state at various points in its history.
