Danger of polish irredentism bring Russia and Prussia closer to each other. Imagine there is no November Uprising, Congress Kingdom is still autonomous state, DANGEROUS state for Prussia! Prussia can't co-exist even with rump Poland in long term (unless it is Poland totally vassalized by Prussia) Because:
-Since 18th century Prussia was seen as "British sword" in continent
-Russian main goal was to conquer Turkish Straits
-Britain opposed russian attemps to get Straits
So conflict between Russia and Britain over Turkish Straits may led to war of Russian Empire against continental "British Bulldog" in consequence. Seven Years War was remembered in Berlin-if not idiotic move of Tsar Peter III Prussia would be lost. To avoid similar scenario in the future Prussians needed something that could unite them with Russia-problem of polish irredentism, common danger for both states. Without uprisings there is no such danger and conflict of interests between Berlin and Petersburg is more than possible, Prussia would propably take part in Crimean War to crush Congress Poland if there was no Uprising 20 years earlier.
