AHC: Make Jaws 3-D a Good Movie

In 1983, " Jaws 3-D", the third installment of the Jaws series, was released. The movie received bad reviews and is considered the movie where the franchise jumped the shark. Is it possible to make the movie a good movie? What would have had to been done differently in order to make the movie at least halfway decent?

Or, hell, do the National Lampoon parody; it has to better than the actual Jaws 3-D (I doubt Dennis Quaid or Lea Thompson is fond of this movie)...

I remember reading years ago that if you bring up this movie in front of Dennis Quaid, he will reply " I was in Jaws what?"

It had the Jurassic Park thing going in that it took place at a large tourist park / aquarium where people came to see all kinds of ocean life including sharks, right?
