AHC: make arsacids of albania survive in the caucasus

As the title says, the challenge is to make the arsacids (Yes they are descendants of the arsacid Parthian emperors) of kingdom of albania (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caucasian_Albania) Survive to at least the Late Middle Ages, they don't need to be King of Albania, but they will have to still has hold some title (Duke or King), And also keep the Christian faith (Miaphysite, apostolic armenian or Orthodox),

Azerbaijan wikipedia claims she Christian Kings either in Karaba or just north there that are associated with Armenia were actually Albanian Christians.
