AHC: Idi Amin on trial

Only change for me is trial in Uganda and it hardly is very fair for Amin. If he is trialed, probably they execute him.

What about when Idi Amin attempted to return to Uganda himself in 1989, to lead an armed uprising? IOTL, when Idi Amin reached the capital of Zaire (DRC), the Zairian President Mobuto Sese Seko ejected him from the country, sending him on a plane back to Saudi Arabia. But WI, in an ATL, after receiving a healthy bribe from the Ugandan authorities, Mobuto Sese Seko decides to seize the opportunity to chalk some good PR with his NATO allies, has Idi Amin arrested and extradites him to Uganda instead?

edit- also worth thinking about; in such a TL, might Mobutu's extra brownie points be enough to gain extra aid from the USA? With the extradition of Idi Amin to the Ugandans cementing the alliance between Uganda and Zaire, who will else will the rebel leader Laurent-Desire Kabila turn to for support in the 1st Congo War? And given Kabila's stance as a committed Marxist, how much more likely would it be for the USA to support Mobuto ITTL, perhaps even by sending their own forces to fight in the conflict?
