What if it had been succesful?

Would it have affected the outcomes/occurrence of the World Wars (or the 1871 war, for that matter?)
Its effects on communism and the rest of Europe? I dunno, this stuff just occured to me.

A Democratic Germany of the people?
Succeeding against all odds.

Prussia gets their way? a authoritarian empire of small Germany?
Hard to do, but maybe plausible.

Austria gets smart and spoils Prussia's plans getting a big Germany that's kinda cool and federal?( This is the project I'm working on )

Actually pretty unlikely but all it requires a paradigm shift.
