    Depressing turn of events. The Netherlands basically stopped existing as a nation. If the Dutch want to keep some semblance of an economy, they should migrate to Zuid-Holland to run and maintain Rotterdam's port. It's all the Netherlands has to offer to the rest of the world at this point...

    Hmm, Afrikaan sentences and words always sounds a bit 'childish' and very literal to my Dutch ears. I think 'Rijdende Politie' actually is quite in character for Afrikaans.

    Endings are one of the most difficult things to do. I like that it's not quite ended, merely a change of formatting. I think this is quite satisfactory. If you want a bad ending, read the Dark Tower by Stephen King. :(

    Wouldn't the Dutch Meesters be considered pure-bred Aryans only in need of a crash language course? Same for the Danes, really. I can imagine Sweden and Norway ranking a tad lower on the scale due to a more divergent culture and language, though.
