A New Flag, Britanic Germanic Nazi Republic, from a world where Nazi's won, based off the UK flag
this world would suck for Brits, really really suck, but it's a flag, it could also be used as a replacement flag for Nazi Germany
The BUF flag is a) much cooler and b) much more likely.
Note none of the other countries Germany occupied randomly added swastikas to there flags, most had perfectly good fascist symbols to use, and Britain was no exception.
I've seen
many good rants against people just sticking swastikas on fascist flags no here before. Fascists were (usually)
nationalist, they were for their country, their own heritage and superiority. They wouldn't put on a symbol from another country on their flag. (Actually, Finland did use swastikas in their air force flag I recall. And some Fascist parties were just boring and copied the Nazis.)

- Britanic isn't a word, you mean Britannic
- Germanic is a word often used incorrectly, although British people are arguably Germanic, I can't see any Fascist state having that in its name.
- Nazi was a term used by the English-speakers as a short from of National Socialist, no state would ever call itself Nazi.
- Republic unlikely if it is concurred by the Nazis, as they weren't exactly democratic. Especially as a National Socialist regime in the UK would never call itself a republic. It has been said they would try to keep the monarchy, but Commonwealth or State would be much more likely descriptions.
All in all, something like (off the top of my head) the
National Socialist Britannic Commonwealth would fit much better with what you are trying to get across.
