Couple things:
A) Richmond's son WON'T be duke of York. Even if born in granddad's lifetime. York was reserved - by precedent at this point - for the king's second son. In fact, he might simply HRH Prince Charles of Richmond until '85, being created Prince of Wales when mom becomes queen.
B) Willem III and Liselotte's amount of kids is ASB. He had a low sperm count, she was frigid/asexual (her dim view of sex was caused by her upbringing, which likely HASN'T changed here). They'll have two or three (maybe four) kids. An heir and a spare and she'll say job done like OTL.
C) Anne and the dauphin. His OTL wife was pregnant 7 times in their brief marriage (3 miscarriages in 1685 alone). Since dad determines gender, and four of the dauphin's OTL seven kids were male, I could see a higher balance of boys.
D) Amalia of Gloucester marrying the king of Denmark. It will be problematic. King's sister or no, she is still "less" valuable than Mary or Anne of York. She'll get a German elector/duke, not sure she'll be important enough for Denmark (especially if the Queen of Sweden is higher ranked than what Amalia is).
E) I thought we were gonna marry the duc de Valois to Maria Anna Victoria of Bavaria? (And since her Habsburg grandma turned down a match between Leopold I and Maria Anna in favour of a French one, I could still see that happening). The Marie Thérèse de Bourbon, is that the OTL princesse de Conti? Because if it is, I likewise don't see that match happening. She refused a marriage to the duke of Savoy, the duke of York AND the duke of Modena OTL to marry for love (to Conti). She's neither an heiress (all those sisters) nor someone who comes from a particularly well-regarded family (her dad was mad, used to beat her mom, she and her sisters were nicknamed the "little black beetles" and "dolls of the blood" for their diminutive size. The duc du Maine chose her sister, Anne Louise Bénédicte over the others because she was a whole two inches taller than her available sisters. Bénédicte was nicknamed "the little toad" for her appearance. I honestly DON'T see such a marriage bodeing well

Amalia of Gloucester to Frederick Augustus of Saxony, or to his older brother would be fun

And yeah, the plan was for Philippe Duc de Valois to Maria Anna Victoria, though a Christine of Savoy marriage would be intriguign to see, though leaves the question of what happens in Savoy

So, with Henry surviving, other changes I can see:

Henry would be the main army man for the restored Stuarts once Albermale retires I think. Thus, I can see him not Monmouth leading English-Scottish troops during the wars against the Dutch, and later during a war against France during the Franco-Dutch War. I can also see him getting involved in putting down the rebellions during the KIlling Time.

Carignano branch inherits it. Although that in and of itself could be interesting since the prince of Carignano (Emanuele Filiberto) was a deaf mute.
