Suslov - Incredibly authoritarian "conservative democrat" fascist and schemer who went from Marxism to Fascism
Bukharina - Idealistic madwoman trying to create a "better Soviet Union" by murdering all "reactionaries" in a death machine of a state
Zhdanov - Science-obsessed crackpot who follows outdated racial theories with the intent of creating a society of the future against the "backwards" lesser races.

Stalina - Pure center, so still an AuthDem.
Kosygin - Social Democrat
Voznesensky - Ex-socialist turned libertarian and recovering bigot

Serov - Libertarian Socialist and believer in Marxist international brotherhood
Shafarevich - Actual conservative democrat for once.
Taboritsky - Alexei wants a democratic soviet regency before he returns to lead the people into a beautiful direct soviet constitutional monarchy. Suslov - Abandoned Marxism after the failures of Bukharin and the collapse of the front,he is the Centers line to the Left[DemSoc\LibSoc]
Kosygin -The rising star of the Center careful maneuvering against the master of the party preparing to act[LibDem]
Shafarevich -Leaders of the Center right and the centers line to the Right[ConDem\AuthDem]
Voznesensky - The shadow master of Komi and expert cat herder[ConDem\LibDem\SocDem\AuthDem]
The Right
Zhdanov - Lysenkoist and supporter of anti-capitalist science as well as actual technocracy[AuthSoc\Fascism]
Gumilyov -His ideology is Soviet Eurasianism which seeks synthesis between the ancient martial virtue of the eurasian steppe and the soviet model with plenty of racial elements[Fascism\NatSoc]

+He still develops toborite and is liberal with chemical weapons but he is politically just restoring the Empire to its glorious autocratic and noble past in a less revisionist way than the Viatka ConDems.

-Heinrich grows disillusioned with Nazism after the SS coup and takes control of the German SS while partnering up with old monarchists and conservative reformists.
+He isn't Speer and no G4 but i think he could pull of a more bloody and efficient middle ground between Borman and Fash Speer.
-Speidel\Gorring counterbalance Schörner and bring along more of the nazi establishment with them forming a status quo-ish faction.
-Borman and Speer partner up with Speer as the face and Borman as the knife.
+They would ironically have all the radicals NPP style.

Bormann:A puppet to the megacorporations,forced to expand the slave system to frankly absurd levels
Goering: pragmatic Reformist whom wishes to eek out the most illogical parts of nazi ideology while still remaining quite oppressive.
Heydrich:Having been disillusioned with the failures of the ‘50s has looked to the reich’s rival to the west for inspiration.
Speidel:A hardline militarist,has his own side within the civil war.
Remer:A largely apolitical general controls germania during the civil war.
Schroner:Wishes detente with the USA to focus on Japan.

Ideas for a mirrored Far East:
Matkovsky:Lives up to his propaganda of democracy.
Petlin:Wishes for the RFP to become more like Japanese style fascist.
Sablin:An idealist,it just so happens those ideals are of autocratic far leftism.
Mikhail:Wants to rule with an iron fist.
Father Men:Wants to install an Autocratic theocracy after seeing the failure of the secular USSR to stand against the german scum.
Rodzaevsky:A pragmatic despot,sucks off the OFN by giving them effective economic free reign within his dominion.

West Russian Economic Union (WRRF): An American-sponsored reaction against the Soviet Union by dissenting generals, the WREU believes in free markets and free people. Has the Tukhachevsky path, which is about forging an alliance with the USA and sparking a world war against Germany. Also has the Zhukov path, who reforms the WREU into a mutualist society. (AuthDem/LibSoc). Unites to the West Russian Republic, and then the Russian Republic.

People's Republic of Vyatka (Vyatka): Having overthrown the Tsar, the people of Vyatka have formed a bloody republic at the point of the gun. Under the watchful eye of the mess in Komi, Vyatka has repudiated Tsarism and aristocracy and embraced communism. Has a "Dengist" path, an orthodox path, and a Militarized Internationalism-style world communism-seeking path. (AuthSoc) Unites to the West Russian Soviet Republic, then the Soviet Union.

Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia (Samara): At first glance, Samara seems similar to canon, but it's currently being supported heavily by Burgundy of all countries with the goal of creating a society with the intent of testing new strategies of control and destroying Russia for good to make sure the enemy of the Aryans is gone for the nuclear war. Obstensibly, they want a puppet or ally in the area. (AuthDem/BurgSys). The plot is about them getting deeper and deeper in debt to Burgundy, and the country warping accordingly. Unites to the Provisional Commissariat of Western Russia, and then to the Russian Cleansed Zone.

The Institute for Russian Humanism (Aryan Brotherhood): A university-state ruled over by Slavic history specialist Alexey Dobrovolsky, the Institute is based in Perm State University and defended by the elite Humanist Brotherhood. Dominated by academics, some of whom want merely to survive and others want to create a glittering new Russia, the Institute's elite ex-NKVD military core fights to create a new russia based on the power of the mind, the strength of Russia, and the beauty of individual freedom. (LibDem with a Russian cultural preservation ConDem path). Unites to the Humanist State of West Russia and then the Russian Scientific Humanist State.

The Red Bandits (Sverdlovsk): A gang of ex-Red Army bandits, Sverdlovsk has abandoned its communist ideology and become a ruthless group of gangsters seeking to make as much money as necessary for their pile of drugs, alcohol, and whores. The Red Bandits create the Siberian Thief Territory and then the Russian Confederation. Their path is nightmarish, full of violence, torture, extortion, murder, and general suffering. Their society is corrupt and destructive to an extreme, destined to fall apart and a failstate for Russia. (Despotism) Button: "Germany's Final Victory"

Formed as a humanitarian organization, the White League seeks to clothe the naked, feed the hungry, house the homeless, and defend the people. They believe all Russians are worth saving from chaos, and firmly believe they're fighting to integrate the people into a constitutional monarchy under Alexei II/Michal Goleniewski. If they conquer Russia, they will treat their enemies with mercy, give them freedom, punish the guilty, and seek to liberate the people of Moskowein from German tyranny by diplomacy and international pressure. That said, their willingness to use threats of war to try and bluff the Germans might lead to the end of the world. Button: "Blind Faith?"

Personally I’d switch out Tucachevsky for Vlasov (dodges thrown fruit), now hear me out I’m not doing the CBTS Glorification, I’m more thinking along the lines of making a true equivalent for Tuk and has murderous pro communism with Vlasov being murderously anti communist and determined to purge the country of anything that could possibly stink of it, along with some good ole fashioned Kleptocracy due to his probable habits for oppurtunistic corruption.

I'm thinking.

Around WW2, Park Chung-hee served as an officer in the Manchurian army, TNOTL he is likely still in Manchukuo and hasn't returned to Korea like he did OTL after WW2. So it's interesting to find out what role he is playing in these different circumstances. Maybe he could be among the rooster of generals within Manchukuo? Maybe he is part of this "Manchurian faction" that exists within the Kwangtung army (as according to one of the national spirits)? Perhaps he has a role to play in whatever shenanigans that seems to be afoot within the Manchurian army?
