Well, Blacks in New Orleans haven't completely dissapeared. I think it'll be the only DEM southern state, however.

New Orleans total population within Orleans Parish (corporate limits of city same as parish boundaries), is only at 2/3 pre-Katrina population level, which was about 450K, compared to about 280K as of last month. Blacks currently make up about half the current population, compared to about 2/3s of pre-Katrina population.
