This TL, if you can call it that, comes from a story I wrote, some elements might not make much sense which is why I placed in ASB. The story is about a young cassanova who is having an affair with a very jealous mans wife, when this is found out by her husband, he arranges for the protagonist to be involved in a deadly car accident. When the cassanova awakens he is in a hospital recovering from a car accident in an alternate reality, he later learns that though he is responsible for creating the world he is in, it is very real. At first he is anxious to discover a way back to his previous life but comes to see the world he created is the one he always wanted, but he must find his way back to save it.
