Draft and Final Orders
Date: As of 11/5/2011
-Official announcement of running again, with Chelsea Jordan as VP. (NP told me he sent an official statement some time ago). Spin it as a choice for driving forward with strength and energy.
-Put the power plant's assets in conservatorship by forming a government run company. Emphasize this is a temporary measure to ensure market stability.
-While we have it, try and get the plants profitable again. Dump involved management's pensions and benefits but keep the standard workers.
-Have the Department of Energy (and what ever other necessary agencies) take control of nuclear waste disposal.
-Establish the investigation commission and have Rebecca Wylde take a leading roll.
-Look into applying the Japanese breakthrough to our military AI.
-Have the department of Veterans affairs run an information campaign to advertise the already extensive and comprehensive treatment they have.
-Refocus the Romanian Ops team into creating opposition cells. These cells are simply there to take over once the Romanian regime eventually weakens and falls, so that any transition is as painless as possible. They are to lay low and we are not to encourage them to actively fight the government at this time.
