+This colour scheme, started by Lord Hastur of Carcosa in early June 2021, was intended for use in grimdark, cyberpunk or steampunk scenarios. As such, the colour scheme itself takes a massive departure from the UCS-derived colour schemes, both in the choice of the colours themselves and the scheme's purpose.
+For example the sea is coloured black and borders are bone white.
+The graphic for the colour scheme was compiled by qazse over a period of two weeks in July 2022.
