| TheSunKing (November 20th, 2015-Present) was an American member of the forums located at AlternateHistory.com, specifically from the disputed borderlands of Wyoming and Utah. TheSunKing originally thought that he would make his name on the board through the posting of timelines, such as his first attempt ("The Twilight Ages") but despite garnering some views, he found it altogether to hard to write to the pace that he would prefer. Therefore, he switched his allegiance from Pre-1900 to Shared Worlds, though he vowed one day to return. He left behind in Pre-1900 as his legacy a thread on hiatus, as well as some posts arguing with TFSmith about the Civil War. In Shared Worlds, he discovered his muse, and rose to electoral notoriety on the thread "President Elect II", playing as Robert Davis MacIntosh, a racist demagogue from Alabama (who was//totally not George Wallace//) who made a corrupt bargain during the primaries, ensuring the victory of the authoritarian Matthew Cohle (who was //totally 1984's Big Brother//). He is also notable for one of his favorite roles, Scipio Josiah Cartwright, in the thread the Everlasting Struggle. Scipio was a newspaper man turned Philadelphia mayor turned insurgent leader in a late-18th century America that lacked the unifying influence of George Washington. Currently, TheSunKing is involved to some degree or another in several ongoing Roleplays in Shared Worlds, even running his own (an election game set in a victorious Confederacy, entitled //Advance the Flag of Dixie//. | ====== The Sun King ====== |

| Politically, TheSunKing joined the Cordial Conservatives Club, but didn't post much else beyond his application. Similarly, he posted on the American Political Thread several times over the course of one day before swearing off of it. He has expressed support for Marco Rubio in 2016, pre-New Hampshire, afterwards leaning more personally towards Kasich or Bush. He has vowed to vote for the Constitution Party over Donald Trump, which is saying something. | The Sun King (November 20, 2015-Present) is a member of the board whom resides mostly in Shared Worlds.
