A Different Path is a TL about if John Kerry had won the 2004 US election, with the PoD being he never makes his “for it before I was against it ” gaffe. The TL branches onwards from that PoD to the present day. It has now been completed. A Different Path is not a dystopia or wish-fulfillment, no matter what your views. Instead, to quote bookmark95, it is a TL that “shows the world is full of both good and bad.”
