This colour scheme, started by Lord Hastur of Carcosa in early June 2021, was intended for use in grimdark, cyberpunk or steampunk scenarios. As such, the colour scheme itself takes a massive departure from the UCS-derived colour schemes, both in the choice of the colours themselves and the scheme's purpose.
For example the sea is coloured black and borders are bone white.
The graphic for the colour scheme was compiled by qazse over a period of two weeks in July 2022.
