Sean Mulligan was a far-left member who had acquired a measure of infamy for his knee-jerk anti-Americanism and his blind support for recently deposed Libyan dictator Moammar Al-Gadhafi. However, despite being near-universally despised (often unjustly) and periodically falling victim to his enemies' trollish baiting, he was only banned recently, in July 2012.
