Plumber is a forum member who joined in May 2009. He has made a few maps here and there, but mostly just reads or participates in minor discussion. Plumber took up the cause of UCS reform, becoming a Girondin Greenshevik for a while. He later refined the Theodore Roosevelt Award in 2011.
