This is the policy created by former Vice President Hashasheen to settle international arguments over disputed territories by simply handing over the disputed area over to Lebanon. It took its name from its preceding policy known as the Sargon Doctrine, which instead focused on denying the place to the silly fellows arguing over it and performing annexation of the areas concerned in the name of AH.com. It was motivated by debates over such areas in the Chat section, and with Hashasheen being a generally jingoistic and humorous fellow in trying to bring some amusement to the debates.

It is still an ongoing policy in effect, though not as funded and enforced as it should be.
