On AH.com there is a perception that Belgium is a country which actually doesn't exist, and in reality, the territory commonly called “Belgium” is split between Flanders, Wallonia and the EU-administered city state of Brussels (“District of Europa”). German speaking Eupen and Malmedy is usually forgotten in this. Those Belgians on the board tend to get rather annoyed at this attitude (as Thande calls it, “C'est ne rien pas un état”).
