Montenegro

One of the South Slavic countries of southeastern Europe. Known as Crna Gora (lit. “Black Mountain”) to its native, predominantly south Slavic inhabitants (ethnicity-wise, Montenegrins are mostly related to Serbs).

The amusing piece of trivia about Montenegro declaring war on Japan in WWI, but only signing an official peace agreement with the country after it regained full independence in 2006 - making it effectively at war with Japan for nearly a century - has become a minor meme on AH.com nearly anytime the country comes up in discussion.

Petike thinks Montenegro and Estonia have the cutest air forces ever (well, at least the cutest ones in all of Europe).
