 Often times lumped in with Central America, South America is a whole collection of states that speak Spanish (with the exception of [[offtopic:Brazil]], [[offtopic:Suriname]], [[offtopic:Guyana]], and [[offtopic:French Guiana]]) play football/soccer, and tend to be [[offtopic:USA]]'s playground whenever Communism/American interests come to play.  Not surprisingly, there is a lot of resentment to the [[offtopic:USA]].
