The Electro of Hanover

Inspired by a typo in another thread. How can we get "Electro" to be the title of a ruler(s) of area(s) in Europe, preferably in Germany.

With the wild fascination with the new science of Electricity, could this be the title of a leader of a revolutionary technocracy? Someone charged up and dynamic, perhaps.

Maybe the Electro of Hanover could be a leader of a religious sect controlling a rare working electric power station in a post-Apocalyptic world.

"All hail the Great Electro, Bringer of Power and Light!"

That could also be a name for a ruler of a steampunkish country - the Electro-kingdom of Hannover.

Quite workable, say if Hannover is the only known country able to master the secrets of electricity. Surely the leader would like to flaunt that in the face of fellow rulers.:p

Either the only one to do so, or the most advanced one. Bordering the steam-Empire of France, the tele-Kingdom of Prussia and the hydro-Kingdom of Denmark :D
