Lets assume a victorious Germany after WW1. Belgian congo, Brest-Litovsk treaty, ect. The how is not important. So, what sort of ships would the navy of this Empire field? Would we see alot of big-guns, or a sub-navy, a mix, ect.
Probably a navy built much the same way it was prior to the war. More relevant for it to be long legged (As in, able to steam great distances) instead of being totally focused on the North Sea, though.
