Divided Luzon
On 1570 the Spanish would be opposed by the Selurong Sultanate, despite the fact that Lakandula and Sulayman are welcoming to the Spanish, the Muslims in Luzon or Selurong led by the Selurong Sultanate[1] would oppose the Spanish forcing them to settle just in Manila and Tondo which was given by Sulayman and Lakandula, which would cause Legaspi to go further north where there were still pagans and converted the Kingdom of Caboloan[2] which had an issue with the pirates in the North such as Limahong who the Spanish and Caboloan are fighting with and the Spanish were able to gain an ally in Caboloan and the Kingdom of Caboloan would agree to convert to Christianity in exchange of conversion and bowing down to the Spanish and the Spanish would expand on the Northwest Coast of Luzon until they were stopped by the Muslims which are ruled by the Selurong Sultanate in the coasts of Cagayan whose inhabitants are Muslims.

The areas converted by the Spanish in Selurong or Luzon would be called as Nueva Castilla which would be ruled under the Philippines or Filipinas by the Spanish which is a part of the Spanish East Indies which would contrast with the Sultanate of Selurong, Legaspi would end up being buried in Intramuros which is a Spanish settlement in Selurong which would be destroyed when the Bruneians and Tagalogs[3] would destroy the Spanish settlements in Manila Bay.

The Spanish war with Brunei and Selurong in 1579 would wipe out the settlements of the Spanish in Manila Bay which would further strengthen the ties between Brunei and Selurong.

1. Islam is organized in Luzon compared to IOTL and ruled by a branch of Bolkiah related to Lakandula and Sulayman, the POD is early can be mid 16th century but it does not butterfly anything in Europe.
2. Caboloan is not Muslim but it has Muslim population and it does not like Muslims and Pirates invading their country.
3. Demonym of the people of the Sultanate of Selurong.

Cham recovery
The Cham Principalities of Panduranga and Kauthara would recover and coalescence into the Sultanate of Champa in the beginning of the 17th century which meant that that Champa has recovered in the war against Dai Viet although the two principalities would remain some power in the Sultanate of Champa, the Sultanate of Champa would trade with Selurong and would be an ally of Selurong against the Spanish.

The Cham Sultanate is established by a member of the Cham Royal Family in the mid 16th century and got the suzerainty of the Cham principalities due to religion.

Mon Kingdom
On the 18th century, the Mon Kingdom of Hanthawaddy would ally with the British against the Burmans in the North and the West depriving the Bamar Kingdom of Toungoo of its own coasts, Hanthawaddy would ally with British India until the independence of British India and another ally of the Mon Kingdom would be Siam.

The Mon Kingdom would have trading relations with the Nicobar and Andaman until India got its own independence.

Signal back to Philip II
King Philip II of Spain would hear more about the colony of the Philippines in the conquest letters of Legaspi but would not hear about the later humiliating defeats of the Spanish under the Tagalogs or the Sultanate of Selurong because the Spanish would secure Northwest of Luzon as part of their own territory and they would not lose the island completely from the Sultanate of Selurong and its Bruneian allies.

Philip II would seize the throne of Portugal after the death of Henry, the Bishop King of Portugal uniting the Iberian Peninsula under the same monarch.
