Peter Grant manages Oasis? Effects on the group?

Peter Grant was a larger than life character who managed Led Zeppelin and took 20% of their income for the pleasure, his presence and vocal talents in a argument was not only a force of nature but a force to be reckoned with who sadly died in 1995.

According to an interview with Robert Plant when asked about paying Grant 20% Plant replied that they're were making so much that 20% wasn't that bad . . . . and they always got paid!

What if he'd lived another five years and somehow got the gig to manage Oasis from their inception by either luck or intent?

How would the band evolve with his leadership?
Would Grant at the helm allow the band to be a true worldwide super group instead of just being a more UK orientated band?
Would Grant's leadership cut out the sibling fighting between Lian & Noel which ultimately sunk the band?
Would Grant's leadership allow Oasis to dominate the US charts?
