The following are the top three flags that made it through the first round of nominations and now a final one has to be chosen. Apparently Krall was/is working on another one, but I think he may have forgotten.

What's the reason for the colours, as IIRC the first set of flags were all white, blue and orange as well?

Blue represents the Atlantic, white the arctic and purity of the Union, gold the richness of the union with regards to natural resources.

NAU is the North Atlantic Union and in this TL is a union between the Canadian Federation and the successor state of the EU with the Maghreb Union watching closely.
